About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and analytical Project Manager to support our rapidly expanding Growth Department. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Product Development for the US and serve as the operational backbone for new business initiatives, strategic product expansions, and high-stakes pitches. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to sit at the intersection of business strategy, product development, and social media marketing.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in project management, account management, or growth marketing (agency or tech environment is a plus).
  • US-based. Miami, FL is highly preferred (hybrid/local), but we are open to remote candidates in other major US cities.
  • Native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you will be proofreading pitches and client-facing decks.
  • A deep interest in and up-to-date knowledge of social media marketing, creator economy trends, and digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to leverage generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or platform-native AI features) to accelerate workflows, draft content, summarize market research, or streamline presentation building.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
  • Extreme ownership mindset. You don't just track tasks; you ensure they cross the finish line. You anticipate roadblocks before they happen and take full responsibility for the quality and timing of team deliverables.
  • Obsessively detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment without letting things drop.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com , or Notion) is a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end process for client pitches and business proposals.
  • Gather internal resources, assign tasks, and compile materials to ensure we deliver winning presentations on time.
  • Organize, maintain, and audit the department’s repository of case studies, pitch decks, and templates to ensure the team has instant access to up-to-date, client-ready materials.
  • Help coordinate research and analysis of new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes to support growth decisions.
  • Actively participate in strategic discussions regarding new business directions and product development pathways, taking actionable notes and driving next steps.
  • Act as the connective tissue between the US Product Head and internal teams (creative, data, strategy) to ensure project milestones are met.
