About The Position

As Junior Project Controller, you will support the project controls team by inputting estimates and maintaining project data. You will assist in tracking project costs and schedules, and support the project management team in keeping estimates and forecasts up to date. This role also involves helping with administrative duties related to project controls and offers an opportunity to support execution projects and grow into more senior roles.

Requirements

• Entry to mid-level experience in project controls, with familiarity with project management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in project controls tools, including advanced spreadsheet use, Microsoft Project, and ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail, including the ability to interpret financial data, perform variance analysis, and support accurate cost forecasting
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and collaborate closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders
