About The Position

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Junior Procurement Analyst to join our team in Oahu, HI. This role supports the coordination of procurement services by assisting with document preparation and tracking the status of open purchase orders. The analyst will monitor the delivery status of materials, ensure accurate record maintenance, and assist in preparing procurement schedules. They will also draft technical records, coordinate activities across theater locations, maintain knowledge of special operations requirements, and assist in preparing documentation for program deliverables. Additionally, the role involves monitoring regional vendor conditions and assisting senior expeditors in identifying routine supply and service needs. The Junior Procurement Analyst will receive direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to follow established procurement SOPs and maintain accurate technical records.
  • Must hold an active Secret clearance
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in communications with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

Nice To Haves

  • Foundational knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking procurement metrics.
  • Familiarity with basic logistics and supply chain systems.

Responsibilities
