About The Position

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support a NAVSEA Program Office. This position reports onsite at the Washington Navy Yard 3 days a week. The Junior Program Analyst will provide program support to the development, acquisition, and fielding of the Navy's Unmanned Maritime Systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience working with NAVSEA
Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition experience
Experience with Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)
Familiarity with Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS)
Experience working with various Navy Waterfront entities, including shipyards, installation teams, and regional maintenance facilities
Experience working with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations System (DFARS)
Knowledge of program management applications, such as cost, performance, and/or scheduling

Responsibilities

Assisting COR with staff onboarding and preparing documentation packages for approval
Tracking and providing status updates
Maintaining action trackers to ensure tasks are completed correctly, comprehensively, and on time
Processing a wide variety of tasks to completion, identifying and correcting data errors, and providing recommended solutions
Assisting with the monitoring of performance, cost, and schedule impacts, coordinating across multiple programs and organizations
Updating contract status reports
Collecting input for SOWs and CDRLs
Implementing business process improvement
