A Junior Production Supervisor is responsible for working in a fast-paced environment to perform a variety of highly diverse duties such as training new Team Members; Perform process verification; Update engineering change process documents and other lines documents; Support Production Supervisor and Operations Manager and work on special projects when it is required. Responsibilities

• Training new Team Members including daily check-ins for the first 90 days.
• Perform process verification and station audits at VAA and Tire & Wheel.
• Work with engineering and other departments on engineering changes.
• Update documents for SWS; PV; Error Proofing Work Instructions; Autonomous Maintenance.
• Support Shift Manager and Operations Manager on the following tasks: Verify that team lead boards are up to date. Verify if Team Members are following all the process. Work on the line if the shift is short of Team Members. Assist with training (beyond the training area).
• Work on special projects which consist of the following, but not limited to: Assist to 5S the lines when changes are made. Assist in painting new lines on the floor. Taking time studies for changes/projects. Assist another department with a project.
• All other duties as assigned.
