Requirements

• Ability to analyze a problem comprehensively – determine its root cause, break it down into components, and find an optimal solution
• Proactiveness and initiative
• Willingness to take responsibility
• Solid experience in UI/UX

Responsibilities

• Generate and prioritize data-driven hypotheses
• Formulate tasks and launch A/B tests to improve product metrics
• Lead feature development from idea to production launch
• Analyze user needs and problems
• Conduct systematic user and market research to identify bottlenecks and growth points
