About The Position

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Junior Procurement Analyst to join our team in Halawa, HI. This role supports the coordination of procurement services by assisting with document preparation, tracking the status of open purchase orders, and monitoring the delivery status of materials. The analyst will ensure accurate record maintenance, assist in preparing procurement schedules, and ensure necessary materials and data are available for senior analysts. Responsibilities also include drafting technical records, coordinating activities across theater locations, maintaining knowledge of special operations requirements, assisting in preparing documentation for program deliverables, monitoring regional vendor conditions, and assisting senior expeditors in identifying routine supply and service needs. The Junior Procurement Analyst will receive direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Zero to two years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow established procurement SOPs.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate technical records.
  • Must have a current/active Secret security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Foundational knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking procurement metrics.
  • Familiarity with basic logistics and supply chain systems.

Responsibilities
