Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical) from an ABET accredited institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MATLAB, etc.).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

• Internship or co-op experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Support senior engineers in project planning, documentation, and execution.
• Conduct research, gather data, and perform basic analysis to support engineering decisions.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications under supervision.
• Participate in team meetings, site visits, and client interactions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and company policies.
• Continuously learn and apply new engineering tools, software, and methodologies.
