Junior Process and Systems Analyst

Nordic Investin Group•Stockholm, ME

About The Position

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Junior Process and Systems Analyst on behalf of one of our partner companies. The partner is strengthening its capability in clear process and system requirements for operational improvement. You will take responsibility for work that connects process mapping, requirements and data analysis, while ensuring that user stories and acceptance criteria receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate. The environment suits someone who tests assumptions early, documents trade-offs and treats operability as part of the design. You will join multidisciplinary delivery rather than operate as a final approval step. The partner expects early questions, rapid feedback and clear evidence about what users and systems need. You will help teams decide what to test, measure or prototype before committing to an expensive direction. This role calls for strong foundations, curiosity and the discipline to learn quickly. You will be expected to recognise when a decision needs wider expertise, make trade-offs visible and move work forward without creating unnecessary process. The attraction is meaningful ownership in an environment where sound judgement changes both the solution and the decisions around it. The focus on clear process and system requirements for operational improvement gives the role a clear mission and room to influence priorities and measures of success.

  • Strong working knowledge of process mapping and requirements.
  • Practical experience applying data analysis and user stories.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience from operations, customer service or finance transformation.
  • Exposure to facilitation in a cross-functional environment.
  • Swedish language skills or experience working across Nordic organisations.
  • Your background may be product engineering, platform work, enterprise technology or consulting. What matters is technical depth connected to user and business consequences. Direct experience of clear process and system requirements for operational improvement is valuable, while adjacent experience counts when it shows transferable judgement.
