About The Position

Stateside Brands is a rapidly growing spirits company dedicated to producing premium-quality beverages. As a Junior Print Designer, you will support the Director of Design with various creative projects to enhance the company’s brand presence. You will gain hands-on experience designing marketing materials, social media content, point-of-sale assets, and other branded collateral. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced, real-world environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Understanding of color theory, composition, and typography with a strict adherence to brand guidelines.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with After Effects or 3D rendering is a plus.
• Familiarity with branding and packaging design.
• Ability to take creative direction and execute with attention to detail.
• Prior internship or freelance experience in graphic design is a plus.
• Military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and designing advertisements, menus, posters, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
• Support the development of point-of-sale items for liquor stores, including banners, signage, and promotional giveaways.
• Help design and implement branded wraps for company vehicles, distributor opportunities, bar facades, and other placements.
• Contribute to the development of Stateside Brands’ apparel and promotional merchandise.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
• Manage multiple design projects with attention to deadlines and brand guidelines.
