Junior Portfolio and Innovation Leader - Supply Chain
About The Position
In your first year as Junior Portfolio & Innovation Lead, you will ensure that innovation projects launch on time, in full, and with the right operational readiness. This role is essential to connecting the end-to-end supply chain with cross-functional teams, enabling Flora Food Group to bring better food innovations to kitchens everywhere. Your work supports the smooth introduction of new products by managing supply chain risks and coordinating technical and operational details. This role matters now as we continue to grow our innovation pipeline and deliver culinary solutions that meet real consumer needs.
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain, planning, or innovation project coordination.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Comfort using ERP and data tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with structure and clarity.
- Effective communication skills across teams.
- Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Genuine interest in food culture and curiosity about how consumer behaviour and future food trends shape innovation.
- Understanding that strong brands are built by anticipating what’s next in taste, nutrition and functionality, and by translating insight into meaningful consumer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of project scopes and feasibility assessments to ensure supply chain readiness.
- Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Planning, Procurement, and Quality teams to align on recipes, packaging, and technical requirements.
- Use data tools to validate supply chain information and assist with master data and costing inputs for new products.
- Track project progress and report on key milestones, risks, and performance indicators to leadership.
- Coordinate trial preparations and support first production readiness to guarantee smooth product launches.
