About The Position

Now Offering Up to $2,000 Sign-On Bonus! This role involves servicing new and existing customers to provide customized solutions for plumbing and water treatment systems. You will act as a leader in the plumbing field, ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing issues such as leaks, drain clogs, no water, no hot water, and low water pressure. Responsibilities include repairing/replacing pipes, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps, disposals, drain lines, and shower valves, as well as installing water treatment systems and gas piping. The position also requires emphasizing benefits like warranties and financing options, following up on estimates, and maintaining an orderly, clean, and fully stocked company truck.

Requirements

• An experienced plumber with at least 2 years experience in residential service
• A positive attitude with a willingness to treat our customers with the utmost respect.
• A deep understanding of plumbing equipment
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow
• The ability to express the utmost respect with the time in our client's home
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work late when the job at hand requires it

Responsibilities

• Service new and existing customers to provide a customized solution to fix the issue at hand.
• Serve as a leader in the plumbing field to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide customers with solutions for their Plumbing and Water Treatment systems
• Follow-up with existing estimates to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
• Diagnosing; leaks, drain clogs, no water, no hot water, low water pressure, etc.
• Repairing/replacing broken pipes, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps, disposals, drain lines, shower valves, etc
• Emphasize benefits such as warranties, years in business, quality of service, and financing options
• Installing water treatment systems, gas piping, etc.
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and fully stocked company truck.
