About The Position

Cellebrite is seeking a proactive and organized Junior Partner Manager to support the growth and success of its channel business. This role, based in Washington, DC, will work closely with a team of dedicated sales executives within a key distributor, focusing on strengthening relationships, coordinating initiatives, and driving commercial performance. The successful candidate will also manage inbound leads and renewals from SMEs, ensuring prompt follow-up, accurate tracking, and effective conversion of opportunities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–3 years' experience in sales support, account management, channel management, business development, or a similar commercial role.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
  • Must be based in Washington, DC, as regular interaction with our key distributor and local stakeholders is an essential part of the position.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing customer enquiries or sales leads is desirable.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Support a team of dedicated leaders within our key distributor based in Washington, DC, acting as a key contact for day-to-day coordination and communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor stakeholders to ensure alignment on business priorities and sales objectives.
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate progression through the sales process.
  • Record and track all lead activity within the CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and distributor representatives to maximise lead conversion opportunities.
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of channel partners where required.
  • Support the planning and execution of channel marketing campaigns, promotions, and partner initiatives.
  • Monitor channel performance and prepare reports on sales activity, lead generation, and partner engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, partner effectiveness, and customer experience.
  • Organise and support partner meetings, training sessions, and other channel-related events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and brand guidelines.
