Junior Packaging Designer
About The Position
Stateside Brands is a rapidly growing spirits company dedicated to producing premium-quality beverages. We are seeking a Junior Packaging Designer to help lead the development and maintenance of all trays, carton, and can layouts across our product portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining all packaging layouts, as well as ideating and supporting innovation projects. The ideal candidate brings exceptional attention to detail, a strong understanding of the beverage industry, and a solid grasp of current packaging trends. This designer will help ensure our packaging is both compliant and visually compelling while maintaining accuracy across all printed formats.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar field
- Create impactful packaging and brand experiences that resonate with consumer
- Drive creative development from concept to execution, ensuring strategic alignment and brand consistency
- Strong technical skills in layout development and prepress
- Solid knowledge of beverage labeling regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining deadlines
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross functional teams and vendors
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and related design tools

- Stay informed on industry trends, printing capabilities, and material innovations
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all packaging assets
Benefits
- Estimated Base Salary Range: $50,000- $55,000 USD.
