We are seeking a motivated Junior Organizational Change Management Specialist to support change initiatives across the organization. This role will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures. Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in change management, project coordination, or related roles (internship experience acceptable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Assist in conducting impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify potential risks and resistance points.
  • Help create and distribute change-related communications (emails, presentations, FAQs) to ensure clarity and transparency.
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain documentation for new processes and systems.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and feedback to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project teams and business units to align change activities with organizational goals.
