Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred understanding of Salesforce and Oracle.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all deals are structured to comply with company policies and processes.
  • Validate sales agreements, including copy number, account name, licensing policy, offering consistency, pricing validation, date consistency for proration and renewals, and plug-in language.
  • Flag non-standard customers and deals for Finance, Credit, Renewals, Accounts Receivable, and Renewal Operations to lay the foundation for successful future billing and renewal events.
  • Review all aspects of deals, including pricing, quoting support, contract reviews, and non-standard terms, to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate efficiently across multiple departments, including Sales, Legal, Finance, IT, and Renewals.
  • Support the sales organization with new sales contracts and contract-related requests.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the Finance team regarding order processing and contract execution.
  • Ensure all customer agreements are signed by the appropriate individuals in Finance and comply with the company's signature policies.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate order approval workflows.
  • Identify areas where the team can add value, increase transparency, and improve processes to support the Sales and Finance teams.
  • Manage processes to analyze and reduce error rates, improving best practices and resulting in higher client satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely execution of contract signatures and fulfillment of software orders to comply with revenue recognition guidelines, including working extended hours during quarter-end periods four times a year.
