IBMC is assisting a high-growth, modern Proprietary Trading and Investment Firm in hiring an agile Junior Operations Manager. Operating in the fast-paced fintech space, our client empowers global traders with cutting-edge platforms, liquidity, and infrastructure. We are looking for a sharp, tech-savvy operations professional to act as a core anchor for customer success, community management, and marketing operations. We are seeking a proactive and versatile Junior Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day client operations, reputation management, and influencer marketing coordination. This is a dynamic, highly visible role where you will serve as the bridge between technical client support and our marketing growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with global traders, managing public brand feedback, and directly supporting the leadership team in a fast-growing financial ecosystem.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience in operations, customer success, account management, or executive support roles.
- Prior experience or a strong understanding of Finance, Fintech, Cryptocurrencies, or Proprietary Trading is a massive plus.
- Elite written and verbal English communication skills (essential for high-stakes corporate support and public reputation management).
- Highly proficient with Slack, Google Workspace (especially advanced Sheets), Notion, and modern CRM tracking systems.
- Direct familiarity with online review ecosystems, specifically platforms like Trustpilot, and how to manage public feedback strategically.
- Highly proactive, resilient under pressure, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a remote or agile desk environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to all high-level customer support requests via Slack, ensuring rapid, professional, and clear communication regarding platform issues and services.
- Monitor and manage public feedback on platforms like Trustpilot. Formulate strategic responses to enhance the firm's online reputation and coordinate the internal drive to maintain a 5-star rating.
- Research, map out, and reach out to new influencers and content creators within the trading, crypto, and finance spaces to support marketing initiatives.
- Track the performance of ongoing influencer campaigns, compile regular reports, and deliver operational insights to internal teams.
- Act as a reliable right-hand to the leadership team, assisting with administrative tasks, internal workflow auditing, and various ad-hoc operational projects.
