About The Position

This role seeks an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented individual proficient in handling large datasets with precision and dedication. A natural multitasker, they excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to changes. (This position is internally referred to as Data Entry Specialist.) The role's objective is to support the pricing desk and increase efficiency by taking over administrative and data entry tasks.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Detail oriented
• Time and data management

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor Degree is highly encouraged
• Experience in the energy space is a large plus, but not essential

Responsibilities

• Handle and process data entry tickets within the assigned queue
• Prioritize and address tickets accordingly
• Create opportunities once data entry is completed
• Generate RFP tickets/document needed tickets for the next analyst to continue workflow smoothly
