About The Position

As a Junior OOH International Media Planner at WPP Media, you will join a high-performing OOH team dedicated to collaborating with some of our Group's most important clients. This role is pivotal in the strategic planning, diligent execution, and comprehensive analysis of Out-of-Home (OOH) and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising campaigns within the dynamic Italian and international markets. Your contribution will directly impact client success, drive innovative media solutions, and reinforce WPP Media's leadership in the industry.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of OOH/DOOH media market experience, coupled with a solid understanding of Italian market dynamics and media planning principles.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and an interest in leveraging new technologies like AI for efficiency.
  • Ability to approach tasks strategically, anticipate trends, and proactively seek innovative solutions for campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), fostering an inclusive environment, active listening, and conveying messages clearly.
  • A client-centric mindset, demonstrating strong accountability for results and delivering valuable, impactful solutions.
  • Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to continuous professional growth and acquiring new skills.

  • Fluent in both English and Italian.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and manage OOH/DOOH advertising campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives, budget parameters, and market opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough data gathering and market research specific to the OOH/DOOH landscape, verifying information with vendors and utilizing insights to inform planning decisions.
  • Collaborate with the team to actively monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and identify areas for optimization throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Prepare detailed quantitative and qualitative reports, presenting clear campaign outcomes, key learnings, and actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients.
  • Support day-to-day interactions with clients and vendors, fostering effective communication and building strong, professional relationships.
