About The Position

The Media Planner is responsible for developing and managing the implementation of Media plans. This role is also responsible for the administration, financial management, reporting and optimization recommendations/implementation. Other responsibilities include development of POVs based on media valuation, budget tracking and management, and maintaining good vendor relationships In addition, this role is responsible to support business improvement by meeting personal and departmental goals and objectives timely and effectively. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of media planning or related experience
  • Exposure to planning all media channels, both nationally and locally, is preferred.
  • Good at math.
  • Exposure and experience with core planning tools and systems.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Passionate and professional.
  • Ability to contribute unique and original thinking and solutions.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize personal workload effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Data driven or programmatic media experience, a plus.
  • Experience delivering programs from hypothetical to real world execution, is a plus.
  • Cross-platform experience with media partners, is a plus.
