We are looking for a Junior Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Success team and support the seamless onboarding of our T4 and T5 tier clients (vSMB & SMB). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new customers, guiding them through product setup, training, and early adoption to set them up for long-term success. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
