About The Position

Responsible for training, mentoring, and coaching student-athletes ranging in age from 12–18 and of varying skill levels. The Junior National Offensive Line Coach will oversee offensive line development, teach position-specific fundamentals and techniques, and support the overall growth of student-athletes both on and off the field.

Requirements

  • Experience coaching and/or playing football at the professional, collegiate, and/or high school level, specifically within offensive line development preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in physical education, sports management, business administration, or a related sports/business field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of offensive line play, techniques, schemes, and player development.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel for games, tournaments, and recruiting events.
  • Requires a background check upon offer
  • Requires a drug test upon offer

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver position-specific offensive line training programs for all student-athletes.
  • Teach and develop offensive line fundamentals, techniques, and football IQ.
  • Assist with offensive strategy, game planning, and overall offensive management.
  • Assess the skill development of each student-athlete while collaborating with school staff and performance coaches to support comprehensive development.
  • Serve as a mentor and educator to student-athletes both on and off the field.
  • Partner with parents/guardians regarding the student-athlete’s athletic and personal development.
  • Effectively communicate with student-athletes, parents/guardians, and staff members.
  • Assist in the college placement and recruiting process for student-athletes.
  • Travel as needed for games, tournaments, camps, and recruiting opportunities.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating prospective student-athletes.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
