Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-3 years of sales- related experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- A self-starter who is driven to perform consistently at a very high level.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- LOS system is Encompass.
Nice To Haves
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Mortgage product knowledge is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Take and make calls generated from marketing efforts to a strong pool of leads.
- Consult with potential loan applicants, answer questions, and provide information about home loan products to build relationships.
- Gather financial information to assist with loan applications, prepare loan files, and assess applicants' financial situation and eligibility.
- Monitor sales pipeline, meet sales expectations, get referrals, and generate new business opportunities.
- Work in an office environment as part of a team to accelerate learning.
