About The Position

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-3 years of sales- related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Great communication and customer service skills.
  • A self-starter who is driven to perform consistently at a very high level.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • LOS system is Encompass.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Mortgage product knowledge is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Take and make calls generated from marketing efforts to a strong pool of leads.
  • Consult with potential loan applicants, answer questions, and provide information about home loan products to build relationships.
  • Gather financial information to assist with loan applications, prepare loan files, and assess applicants' financial situation and eligibility.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, meet sales expectations, get referrals, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Work in an office environment as part of a team to accelerate learning.
