About The Position

PeopleTec is seeking a Junior Missile Defense Systems Analyst to support next-generation missile defense architecture analysis and system-of-systems assessments at its Fort Belvoir, Virginia location. This is an on-site position. The analyst will contribute to evaluating architecture concepts, sensor and interceptor performance, and command-and-control options using modeling and simulation tools, including the GTRI Benchmark model and/or AFSIM. The role involves performing architecture trade studies, system performance assessments, and capability gap analyses for missile defense systems and future integrated architectures. The analyst will use the Benchmark model to simulate ballistic and hypersonic threat engagements, develop analysis scripts and data post-processing routines, and integrate results from modeling and simulation environments to inform architecture design decisions. PeopleTec is an employee-owned small business that emphasizes customer support, employee development, continuing education, training, and its People First benefits package.
