About The Position

Integrity Towing Solutions, a leader in private property impound towing, is dedicated to delivering excellence and professionalism in the industry. We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Junior Mechanic who wants to build a career in fleet maintenance. Diesel or hydraulic experience is a plus, but not required — if you have mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and the drive to learn, we'll train you. When our trucks are down, so is our business, and you'll be part of the team that keeps them rolling.

Requirements

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and some hands-on experience — professional, vocational school, or personal
  • Ability to take direction, follow safety procedures, and work as part of a team
  • Willingness to work the night shift after completing the 90-day training period
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) a plus
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report background check
  • Acceptable Driving History: No employee in a driving-related position may have any of the following: Any drug or alcohol related offenses in connection with the operation of a motor vehicle, Careless, reckless, or negligent driving, Any felony involving a motor vehicle, License is currently suspended, expired, or revoked, No more than three moving violations during the previous 36-month period, No more than one at-fault accident during the previous 36-month period

Nice To Haves

  • Diesel or hydraulic experience is a plus, but not required
  • Military Veterans: Your background in any Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) is highly valued. Additional consideration given to veterans with MOSs such as Army 91B-Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic, Army 91S-Stryker Systems Maintainer, Army 88M-Motor Transport Operator, Marine 3521-Automotive Organizational Mechanic, Navy CM-Construction Mechanic, Air Force 2T3X1-Vehicle Management
  • Law Enforcement: Your experience working alongside towing and impound operations makes you a natural fit

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance on a mixed fleet of tow trucks, including both newer and high-mileage vehicles requiring close attention
  • Learn to service and maintain Dodge Ram 4500 chassis vehicles and Jerr-Dan towing systems, including hydraulic components
  • Service tow dollies and associated towing equipment
  • Perform routine service work such as oil changes, brakes, tires, lights, fluid checks, and inspections
  • Help diagnose and repair both diesel and unleaded passenger vehicles under the guidance of our senior mechanic
  • Keep the shop and parts room clean and organized, and assist with parts inventory
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records using basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Partner with drivers and management to minimize vehicle downtime and keep the fleet road-ready
