About The Position

The Assistant, Marketing Coordinator role supports the execution of marketing initiatives across wholesale and retail channels by coordinating projects, organizing assets, and ensuring marketing materials are delivered accurately and on time. This role partners cross-functionally to help maintain team efficiency, support content production, and contributes to the overall success of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's level degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, fashion merchandising, or similar required
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience or relevant internship/co-op; within the retail industry is preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), Canva, MailChimp, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and due dates
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and collaborative in all internal and external interactions

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana or Basecamp is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating marketing and creative projects, including timelines, deliverables, and approvals
  • Track project progress and follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Support meeting preparation, recaps, and status updates
  • Help maintain organized documentation across project management tools
  • Support intake, organization, and tracking wholesale marketing requests
  • Coordinate with internal creative teams to ensure timely completion of requests, including routing feedback and updates
  • Communicate with partners to share final assets and respond to basic inquiries
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing communications, including newsletters, seasonal updates, and sales materials
  • Support co-op processes, including documentation, tracking, and coordination with internal teams
  • Participate in store visits and assist with local marketing execution as needed
  • Assist in the coordination of seasonal in-store marketing updates, including signage and visual materials
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to gather and organize creative assets for seasonal campaigns and wholesale use
  • Help track distribution and confirm delivery of marketing materials to retail partners
  • Assist in maintaining and updating marketing resources and advertising tools
  • Track budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation
  • Maintain organized files, systems, and marketing resources
  • Conduct basic market and competitive research to support team initiatives
