About The Position

Independence Home Loans is a rapidly expanding residential mortgage lender with branches across multiple states. The IGNITE Program is the launchpad for our next wave of high performers—designed to take driven individuals with zero mortgage experience and train them into fully licensed, high-producing Loan Officers. This is not an internship or shadowing role. This is the start of a high six-figure career.

Requirements

• No mortgage experience needed—paid training provided
• Bachelor’s degree OR experience in sales, military, or commission-based roles
• Outgoing, competitive, and naturally strong with people
• Excellent communication skills (phone, written, and in-person)
• Highly motivated by income, growth, and performance
• Thrives under high expectations and fast-paced environments
• Self-starter with strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Someone who wants to win, not just work

Responsibilities

• Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
• Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching
• Make and receive calls from warm, inbound leads
• Learn our CRM and loan origination technology
• Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and referral partners
• Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives
• Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, results-driven environment
