Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Networks, Systems or related fields
- Native French speaker (required)
- Proficient English or Portuguese (required)
- Minimum experience in IT/Helpdesk
- Profile with strong ability to learn quickly
- Availability to work remotely in Portugal (office/event attendance up to 3 times/year)
