Overview: The Invoice Processor will be responsible for processing and managing invoices for the company. This includes verifying and reconciling invoices, ensuring data accuracy, and communicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In-Office) Pay rate: $20.00 - $24.00

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Effectively navigate computer programs with ease. Adobe, outlook data entry in excel
  • Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions
  • Basic Computer functions

Responsibilities

  • Review Sub-Contractors invoicing and ensure accurate payment is reflected
  • Evaluate the difference between actual and estimated costs to pinpoint any discrepancies
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end closing
