About The Position

Quigley-Simpson is currently seeking a Media Coordinator. The Media Coordinator role supports internal media planning teams with media-partner billing, data entry, general administrative duties, and target and competitive reporting across multiple lines of business.

Requirements

  • Up to 2+ years of prior experience in an administrative assistant or coordinator capacity
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to multitask and manage shifts in priorities
  • Professional business writing skills
  • Able to effectively investigate and solve problems
  • Proactive, independent thinker
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Able to manage expectations and adapt to a variety of personalities
  • Able to make good decisions
  • Possess beginner to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of an existing and/or prospective client’s business.
  • Assist the media strategy and planning team with day-to-day operations, campaign administration, invoice and billing reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Assist in pulling target, competitive spending, and media-usage reports.
  • Accurately maintain billing, spreadsheets invoice, and budget documents across planning teams.
  • Execute detailed media plans into multiple agency and client data platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with client COE guidelines and timelines.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal media and finance teams on billing discrepancies.
  • Ability to juggle multiple documents and systems with thorough organization, attention to detail, and accuracy.
