Monitor case report on a regular basis to determine when complete and ready for invoicing Maintain working copy of the report for tracking follow-up dates, and documentation needed Contract proper personnel at taxing jurisdictions for inofmration not avail from websites Data entry into company's software system for creation of invoices Assemble necessary backup documentation for transmittal to clients with invoices Communicate with personnel in Real Estate dept for coordination of documents and resolving questions or discrepancies. Respond to client inquiries as needed Excel-Create Mail-mergers, Beginner experience level is fine basic skill level Perform other functions as needed
