About The Position

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Junior Interior Designer to join their dynamic Workplace team in the New York office. This role will contribute to a range of high-profile projects, supporting the design process from concept to completion with supervision. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills for research, data collection, and analysis, along with effective time management to meet deadlines. They should also be confident in asking questions and raising any project barriers to leadership.

Requirements

Experience or strong interest in workplace interiors design.
Proficiency in Revit.
Proficiency in InDesign.
Proficiency in rendering / visualization tools.
Proficiency in drafting and detailing.
Knowledge of FF&E, materials, and specifications.
Strong graphic, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Support the design team in developing workplace interiors concepts and documentation.
Assist with FF&E selection and coordination.
Assist with drafting and detailing.
Assist with specifications support.
Assist with presentation materials and layout development.
Assist with rendering and visualization.
Prepare design packages, finish boards, furniture plans, and supporting documentation.
Contribute to client presentations, internal reviews, and design development efforts.
Collaborate with senior designers, architects, and project managers to maintain design quality and project schedules.
