Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in industrial design or product development.
- 3D Modeling and CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, Pro-E, Rhino, etc)
- Industrial Design, Product Design, and New Product Development
- Prototyping and Manufacturing Processes
- Basic understanding of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering principles
- UX/UI fundamentals, user research, and visual communication
- Project and workflow management
- Effective communication

Responsibilities
- Work with multiple project teams across all phases of industrial design and development—including design research, design concept /language development, CAD modeling, Supplier engagement, design specifications, and more.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality design solutions and foster strong working relationships.
- Review and evaluate design concepts and project activities to ensure alignment with design standards, usability goals, and product requirements.
- Contribute to project timelines, working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to meet key milestones.
- Apply domain expertise to support cross-organizational initiatives and product strategies.
- Translate ideas into tangible outcomes through concept development, presentations, and design execution
- Support innovation through the integration of emerging technologies and evolving design language.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance design processes, quality, and team effectiveness.
