About The Position
The Junior High Boys Flag Football Coach develops and maintains an efficient and competitive athletic program. The role includes fundraising, running camps and clinics, and ensuring compliance with all AIA Bylaws. Employment is seasonal, with compensation according to the QCUSD salary schedule for the applicable position. The position reports to the Athletic Director.
Requirements
- Complete the NFHS Concussion Course.
- Complete the NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching course.
- Complete the NFHS Bullying, Hazing & Inappropriate Behaviors Course.
- Head coaches must also complete the NFHS Sport-Specific Course and First Aid Course.
- Must pass a background clearance.
- Must obtain an Arizona IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Must have substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and examine new theories and procedures pertinent to the field.
Nice To Haves
- Three or more years of experience preferred.
