About The Position

Scosche Industries is seeking a production-ready Junior Graphic Designer specializing in Amazon Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) and A+ content to support our growing e-commerce needs. This role partners closely with our Lead Designer, handling high-volume design production to increase team capacity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be able to “hit the ground running” with the technical proficiency to execute professional-grade assets immediately, while continuing to develop skills in motion graphics and emerging AI design tools. This position is intended to provide immediate bandwidth for increasing e-commerce design volume. By managing production-heavy tasks, this role allows senior design staff to focus on strategy, innovation, and advanced creative work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or high-level internships in digital/e-commerce design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and e-commerce design principles.
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of taking direction and feedback effectively.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Independently design and execute high-quality Amazon EBC, A+, and Premium A+ content.
• Prepare and adapt complex design files for various product listings, ensuring strict adherence to Amazon standards.
• Support the creative team in executing consistent, on-brand visual assets across all digital touchpoints.
• Follow established templates and guidelines to maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure content aligns with conversion-focused goals.
• Support the exploration of motion graphics and AI-assisted design tools as skills develop.

Benefits

• Compensation for this position is $28.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on a 40-hour workweek) non-exempt, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity, in accordance with California law.
