About The Position

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials, training materials, and other graphics for our online courses and website.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and effective graphics for marketing materials, training materials, and website
• Collaborate with the design team to develop new design concepts and ideas
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and standards
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques
• Assist with photo editing and retouching as needed
• Communicate and present design ideas to team members and clients
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
