Junior Graphic Designer (m/w/d)
About The Position
This role offers a creative outlet where you will support our experienced Graphic Designer in creating packaging designs, ensuring our products are as appealing on the shelf as they are in content. You will be involved in exciting packaging projects from the initial idea to the print-ready file, learning the entire design process. You will create realistic 3D packshots of our products for our online shop, social media, and other marketing channels. Your creativity will also be applied to various other graphic projects, including flyers, banners, advertisements, and POS materials. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Purchasing, and external printing companies to bring ideas to fruition. We will guide you through the intricacies of artwork, print data, and proofs, gradually transforming you into a packaging professional. In essence, you will learn how an idea becomes a finished design seen by thousands.
Requirements
- Successfully completed a degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or Packaging Design, or an apprenticeship as a Media Designer (m/f/d).
- First experiences through internships, working student jobs, or a first job.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- A good understanding of colors, typography, and layouts with a keen eye for detail.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a desire to learn daily.
- Ability to view feedback as an opportunity for improvement.
