About The Position

Founded in 2014 by Jerome Jacques Marie Mage, Jacques Marie Mage is a Los Angeles-based producer of limited-edition designer goods specializing in the micro-production of luxury eyewear for a clientele of discerning tastes. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of execution.
  • Expert-level abilities with Adobe Suite software, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Beginner level knowledge of Figma and Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A keen eye for design and detail.
  • Receptive to feedback and direction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of all graphic design materials and assets such as daily social media content needs, e-commerce and web creative assets, and packaging production technical files.
  • Execute print production assets and social media content.
  • Visualize and develop innovative designs using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
  • Maintain a high standard of excellence in creative work, with a focus on typography, graphic design, illustration, packaging, photography, and retouching.
  • Collaborate with product design and marketing teams to create innovative designs (online & offline) and compelling stories aligned with the brand's DNA.
  • Update and enforce visual style guides for various teams and marketing platforms to ensure brand consistency.
  • Update and maintain internal databases for design, photography, and video resources.
  • Organize creative assets and ensure design files are well-organized.
  • Create guidelines to improve cross-collaboration between teams.
