From the success of MILA in Miami Beach to the expansion of AVA, CASA NEOS, and CLAUDIE, RDG is building a collection of destinations that offer more than a meal — they create unforgettable experiences. We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a passion for hospitality and customer experiences. This role supports the creative team in producing high quality marketing assets across print and digital channels while maintaining brand consistency across multiple restaurant concepts. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast paced environment.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of graphic design experience (internship work considered).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, typography, editorial/layout, and digital design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign required; Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Understanding of print production, prepress, and digital asset preparation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.
  • Interest in hospitality, restaurants, food, travel, and lifestyle brands.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere is a plus.
  • Strong typography and editorial layout abilities.
  • Experience designing menus or restaurant marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with template based production.
  • Experience using AI powered creative tools (ex. Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Design and update restaurant menus, inserts, wine lists, and seasonal collateral.
  • Create digital marketing assets including social media graphics, web banners, and presentation decks
  • Produce print-ready artwork for signage, flyers, postcards, and promotional materials.
  • Adapt existing campaign designs into multiple formats while maintaining brand standards.
  • Prepare production files for print vendors and digital platforms.
  • Assist with image retouching, photo compositing, and basic illustration work.
  • Organize creative files and maintain an efficient digital asset library.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Social Media Team and report directly to the Senior Creative Lead.
  • Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately through multiple revision rounds.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality, typography, and brand consistency standards.
