Junior Front End Developer
About The Position
We are seeking a Junior Front End Developer to join our team. This is a 100% remote, direct hire position based in the US. The role involves assisting in the development and maintenance of web applications using React and TypeScript, collaborating with team members to build user-friendly features, and creating reusable UI components. You will work closely with designers, backend engineers, and other team members to deliver reliable features, learn to diagnose and fix issues, and participate in code reviews. Guidance will be provided on using AI tools to enhance development speed.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in software development or relevant coursework/projects.
- Basic knowledge of React and TypeScript (or similar JavaScript frameworks).
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.
- Willingness to learn about frontend architecture, state management, and performance best practices.
- Ability to write clean, readable code and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to .NET environments or web-based 3D viewers
