About The Position
The Junior Formulation Chemist will support the Senior Formulation Chemist in developing innovative cosmetic formulations while gaining hands-on experience across all stages of product development. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science or related scientific field
- Strong laboratory skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for cosmetic innovation
- Strong attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- 1–3 years of cosmetic formulation experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare laboratory batches
- Assist with formulation development
- Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks
- Conduct stability testing
- Prepare samples for clients
- Order laboratory materials
- Support ingredient evaluations
- Perform bench testing and product evaluations
- Assist with manufacturing scale-up activities
- Maintain laboratory organization and inventory
- Analyze product performance data
- Participate in innovation meetings
