About The Position

The Junior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst will assist the Program Management Office (PMO) Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) International Project Office (IPO) by serving as the focal point to liaison between the FMS Program Integrators (PIs), Security Assistance Management directorate (SAMD), and the International Cooperation Office (ICO) FMS Case developers. The FMS Analyst shall perform all efforts required to support FMS program activities from pre-LOR, Case Development, Implementation, Execution, and Closure.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma.
  • 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in use of computers, computer peripherals, and the use of various word-processing software including the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of office administration and procedures.
  • Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver feedback clearly and tactfully.
  • Interact with a diverse array of customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting and monitoring all FMS case actions in conjunction with PIs and FMS Case Developers, to include planning cases and Pricing and Availability (P&A) actions.
  • Monitor progress of FMS case execution from receipt of the signed and funded Letter of Acceptance (LOA) through submission of the Contract Requirement Packages (CRP) to the Acquisition Directorate and subsequent contract award.
  • Be informed of and involved with all proposed case modifications.
  • Participate in Letter of Request (LOR) technical evaluations for PM UAS­ managed items and services for situational awareness of upcoming requirements.
  • Participate in UAS PMO IPO internal/external meetings, as required.
