Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related business field from an accredited university.
At least 1 year of DCAA contract-type audit or compliance experience.
Ability to lead audit tasks and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a basic government suitability check.

Nice To Haves

CPA certification or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam.
Experience serving Federal Government clients or working in a government audit environment.
Exposure to contract audits.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage audit requests and rate verifications.
Perform final voucher reviews.
Prepare Indirect Rate Agreement Letters and Low-Risk Memos.
Perform Incurred Cost Proposal Submission Adequacy Determinations and Contractor Disclosure Statement Adequacy Determinations.
Analyze contractor-proposed provisional billing rates.
Prepare and review Pre-Award Surveys of Contractor Accounting Systems.
Respond to client requests and develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
Lead audit tasks and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
