About The Position

CLV is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for evaluating and supporting the financial aspects of real estate projects. This is an ideal role for recent graduates who are keen to analyze project feasibility, monitor financial performance, and support data-informed decision-making. You will need strong financial acumen and analytical skills, an understanding of financial modeling, and a passion for everything real estate acquisition, development and management.

Requirements

  • Entry level experience in financial analysis, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, including Excel and real estate software.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, development processes, and financial metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth market analysis to evaluate trends, demand, and competitive positioning within the real estate sector.
  • With direction, conduct detailed financial feasibility studies for new and existing real estate development projects, including cost analysis, ROI, and break-even analysis.
  • Create and manage complex financial models to evaluate development scenarios, cash flow projections, and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain and refine project budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning.
  • Monitor project financial performance against budgets, timelines, and key milestones, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities, ensuring proactive risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external consultants, such as architects, contractors, and financiers, to align financial objectives with project goals.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, reporting standards, and corporate governance policies.
