About The Position

The Financial Analyst will oversee the end to end P&L forecasting, validation of preliminary figures and variance analysis needed to support rolling forecast and budget cycle.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record in developing financial models, analyzing financial statements, and supporting strategic business decisions
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Proficiency in building, maintaining, and interpreting financial models using Excel or specialized software
  • High level of accuracy in data analysis, report preparation, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization tools
  • Able to clearly present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders verbally and in writing
  • Capability to identify financial challenges and recommend actionable solutions
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and departments to gather data and support business objectives
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems (Sales Force, SAP, LucaNet, Picasso) is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collect, interpret, and analyze financial data from internal and external sources to identify trends, variances, and opportunities
  • Create accurate and timely financial reports, summaries, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast Order Intake, Revenue, Operating expenses, cash flow, and profitability
  • Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and market conditions
  • Work closely with finance, accounting, operations, and other departments to gather data and ensure accuracy
  • Perform additional financial analyses as requested by management or other departments
