This role involves participating in the definition of business processes for clinical and financial operations, and the design of automated solutions within the framework of all specified architecture. The position requires analyzing, diagnosing, tracking, and resolving technical and operational issues with application processing, consulting with IT product teams and other resources, and working independently. The Junior Expert will collaborate with other IT staff to ensure a stable infrastructure and that integrations and end-user interfaces are processing on schedule. They will also provide analytical support for system projects related to Enterprise reporting and Business Intelligence, identify development tools or reporting databases to improve clinical efficacy, operational efficiency, and quality of service, and prepare detailed specifications for programming code development, building, and testing. Participation in pilot preparation, user acceptance testing coordination, and new module rollout coordination is also expected. The role may involve referring to senior-level staff for assistance with complex problems and escalating issues to supervisors as necessary. Compliance with the Code of Business Conduct and applicable company policies, laws, and regulations is required. Additional responsibilities may include focus on specific departments or locations, with applicable addendums for department or location-specific functions.
