About The Position
This position will be responsible for estimating new projects and helping track projects costs as projects move through construction. This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in construction management or architecture
- MS Office experience - Excel required
- Strong math skills
Nice To Haves
- Architectural project experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Review construction drawings, specifications and other bid documents
- Perform material and quantity takeoffs
- Assist in developing labor, material, equipment and other project cost estimates
- Work with vendors and suppliers
