Old Republic Title is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Escrow Officer to join our growing team in Alpharetta, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in title, escrow, real estate, mortgage, or closing operations who is ready to take the next step in their career. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced escrow professionals, helping facilitate residential real estate transactions while providing exceptional service to agents, lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers. Requirements

  • Experience in escrow, title, real estate, mortgage lending, or closing coordination preferred.
  • Customer service or administrative experience in a professional office environment will also be considered.
  • Familiarity with real estate transactions and closing documents is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Sound judgment, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general computer applications.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the escrow process from opening through closing on residential real estate transactions.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and other parties to ensure smooth and timely closings.
  • Review transaction files for completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare and process closing documentation and escrow-related paperwork.
  • Assist with scheduling closings and communicating transaction updates.
  • Maintain organized electronic files and documentation.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client and internal inquiries.
  • Ensure transactions comply with company policies, state regulations, and underwriting guidelines.
  • Collaborate with teammates to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
