About The Position

Crafty is seeking a Junior Service Technician to join our Chicago market operations team, reporting to our Equipment & Service Manager. This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring availability Monday through Friday, with travel to client offices within the Chicago Market.

Responsibilities

Review training videos and manuals to understand equipment functionality.
Communicate clearly with customers, explaining diagnoses and repairs.
Perform preventative maintenance on customers' equipment.
Assist with the installation of large or heavy equipment.
Conduct on-location service calls, delivering professional and personable service.
Maintain an inventory of parts and filters in service vehicles for first-visit repairs.
