This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career designer who is passionate about signage, wayfinding, and branded environments and wants to work alongside an experienced design team. You'll contribute to projects across a variety of sectors—including healthcare, corporate workplaces, commercial developments, and other built environments—helping create intuitive, engaging experiences through environmental graphics, signage, and wayfinding. This role offers significant responsibility from day one with mentorship and opportunities to grow your technical and design skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
  • 0–3 years of professional experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong visual design skills with an exceptional eye for typography, composition, and branding.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas through sketches, renderings, and graphic presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Environmental Graphic Design coursework or professional experience is a plus.
  • Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Revit and/or Rhino is preferred but not required.
  • Understanding of signage fabrication methods, materials, and construction documentation is a plus.
  • Experience designing for the built environment, architecture, or interior design is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts for environmental graphic design, signage, and wayfinding systems.
  • Prepare design presentations, concept packages, preliminary drawings, and construction documentation.
  • Assist in the design and documentation of signage programs from concept through implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams.
  • Produce compelling graphics and visual communications using industry-standard software.
  • Participate in design reviews and client presentations.
  • Research materials, fabrication methods, and production techniques for environmental graphics.
  • Support multiple projects across healthcare, workplace, commercial, and other market sectors.
